[Bug] Raiders looting Badge of Justice trigger pop-up for TMB export

When raiders loot Badge of Justice in Zul'Aman and Karazhan, the addon is displaying a popup asking if we want to register this attribution for a TMB export. Badges of Justice should be ignored.
