Rename project to RankSentinel

After talking with Gogo, RankSentinel seems a better homage to the origin RankWatch.
Will rename after rebuilding ability tables #7
New CF project pending approval. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/ranksentinel
Renamed old main to rebuild then created an orphaned new main branch for clean release notes.
