Since some users have had issues with the UI building taking a long time (done via LibQTip), it might be best to split the Core module and allow loading the GUI on top of everything just like the Options module.

People could then disable it until needed and make do with the console interface, e.g. typing /rarity loadui or similar would allow them to seamlessly load the tooltip. There is no need to have the entire tooltip loaded and sorted if all they want is to quickly log between their alts.

The question is, whether this will help, since there's the collection scanning causing a huge freeze for some people, as well. It's worth looking into, though, so I am putting it here 🗡️
