Tracking for Fandrel's Seed Pouch broken (?)

This didn't trigger just now when I ran Firelands on my druid - 25H. I believe I've run before too but counter hasn't incremented at all. Per wowhead this seems to drop on both Normal and Heroic. There also seem to be multiple ID's for Staghelm so maybe this is the issue? (I have trouble interpreting wowhead sometimes when they combine all the versions of raid on one page.) Could you take a look?
May be related to issue #2.
