Update the README by separating the project description from actual documentation

Goals:

  • README.md should contain a regular README for the repository/project, linking to the https://github.com/WowRarity/Documentation files (still WIP/TODO)
  • The actual project description should be updated to include only information relevant to end users
  • Outdated information should be removed (AOE Looting in 2021?)
  • The structure could likely use some improvement, though I haven't decided yet how it would work best
