Add support for differentiating between multiple different sources for a single collectible/item

Some items can be obtained by several different methods. Currently, only one is supported per item.

Examples:

Strand Crawler (WOD Garrison/NPC and Northrend fishing daily reward/container)
Riding Turtle (WOD Garrison/NPC) or Sea Turtle? Not sure which it is, might be the latter - see also #44
Anything that can be purchased AND looted as a rare drop (Shadowlands anima mounts?)
Hardened Shell (drops from MOP rare AND Timeless Isle turtles, but at a different rate?)
There have been requests for this feature multiple times, though I don't have the comment links
