LB(S)Z has been deprecated for many years. Time to remove it!

Roadmap:

  • Rewrite zone detection to use uiMapIDs for required zones
  • Update item DB to use the proper map IDs instead of zone names
  • Remove LBZ from the Core module
  • Remove LBZ from the externals and packager instructions
  • Research: How much does Rarity really rely on LBSZ? Only Mr. Pinchy comes to mind as an item that can't be tracked regularly with the new Maps API

Update: It has become clear LBSZ is still being maintained (I hope!). Only LBZ is deprecated and should be obsolete with the new Maps API providing localized zone names by default.
