I just did 3 callings on 8 characters and noticed that my counter was still at 19. All my characters are max level and Necrolords, so this must have been happening for some time now because this is not my first time doing a lot of callings on many characters at once. I'm guessing my 19 attempts are from my main when he did it in the start of the expac, and the addon stopped tracking them at some point in the past.

Hi, it seems this was already reported before, but we were unable to reproduce the problem: #393

Can you enable the debug log and see if something wonky is going on? Also, have you made sure the item is actually enabled?

Beyond that, maybe @godejord or @nickbayley have any idea how we can further troubleshoot this? I'm completely OOTL on Shadowlands features.

Checked this one out recently as I was facing the same issue. It appears that when you obtain a Necroray Egg, it disables the tracking of the item, but will still show it as a potential drop from the Calling Turn-In's for Maldraxxus should you still require them for any of the 3 potential mounts. Had a check today and it turns out the item was no longer being tracked due to myself previously obtaining one of the items, but the hover tool-tip still showed it as a potential drop from the chest, so best bet, double check that it is still enabled using /rarity -> toys & items and locate the Necroray Egg to see if the tracking option has been removed. :)

No problem! Another note to make, there is also the option to within the individual item to set it to a repeatable item, and once checked, should the item ever drop (Thanks Blizz for that RNG) after a short period of registering the successful drop, it will continue to track it again understanding it can be obtained multiple times. :)

Just in case anyone comes across the same issue with other items they are grinding their hearts out to obtain and wanna see the obscene numbers, always worth double checking the item with /rarity and check those two checkboxes whether they apply to the item or not. :)
