Add Evoker to the list of recognized classes

Is there a way to add Evoker to the disable by class list[?]

Possibly also fixes this? Either way, it needs to be added to the database still.

Actually, the reported error has nothing to do with Rarity (I misread...). Evoker still needs to be added, but only for the Options.
