Add defeat detection (quest IDs) for all Dragonflight collectibles that are subject to a daily/weekly lockout

Some may be a bit tricky, but at least the regular rares should be trivial with this addon.

- Mage's Chewed Wand: SKIPPED - Probably too many to bother; no one's going to defeat them all in one day anyway

- Dinn
- Aquifon
- Notfar the Unbearable
- The Great Shellkhan
- A Collection of Me: SKIPPED - Due to their rarity and the 14h rotating timer, unlikely anyone could find all in a single day
- Infected Ichor
- Blightpaw the Depraved: 73869 or 74096 (?)
- High Shaman Rotknuckle: 74004
- Blightfur: 69858 or 74058 (?)
I guess this isn't exactly urgent after months of going without it, but people tend to want defeat detection for items they're farming.
