I've been really slacking here since just moving the codebase to Git was a bit of a pain. I doubt I'll have the time to do this all at once, but maybe I can chip away at it until the repository is in a better state.

This issue isn't actionable. Some CI has already been set up, and more will be added over time as part of individual other issues.
