at primal storms, few mobs do not have the Elementally Imbued buff but still drop the pets.

• Do these non-buffed mobs spawn when a storm is active

• Do the non-buffed mobs despawn when the storm ends

• Do the non-buffed mobs continue to drop pets when the storm ends

Duplicate of #655 - both should be mostly resolved now.

The area where the primal storms start already have a large number of mobs, when the storm starts those existing mobs gain a buff called elementally imbued, at the same time mobs that are the same element as the storm spawn in that also drop loot according to the storm. I have confirmed the mobs spawn in at the start of the storm also that the mobs continue to exist when the storm ends. I cannot confirm 100% that the mobs continue to drop pets when the storm ends but the assumption is that they do.
