Existing "Item Packs" [on WowAce] are incomplete

The existing item pack for illusions is most certainly incomplete. I know that some quest IDs are missing, for example for Flames of Ragnaros, and that some items need to have class-specific requirements (notably Shaman for the Windfury ones).

In short, this needs a review. Other item packs may be added in the future, as well?
