Is it normal for the rarity tooltip info to show up when something is in a guild/warband bank but not my actual inventory?

Sounds like it would be related to the recent tooltip changes. Ideally, the tooltip should show up in both scenarios.

I didn't notice this problem while testing, but it's easy to miss since I wasn't doing anything meaningful in the game.

Another report:

the problem I have is when I hover over things in the bag the Rarity tooltip isn't shown.
Let's take for example the "Stolen Present" when I hover over it in my bag I only see the characters who have it in their inventory nothing more, but when I post it in chat and hover/click on it I get the whole Rarity Tooltip.

Brute force solution: Use TooltipDataType.AllTypes (seems excessive)
