Add missing collectibles from Island Expeditions

Many new items added in Tides of Vengeance are still missing from the addon.

Roadmap:
- Research: Check the Dubloon Vendor to see what pets are purchased, not randomly dropped
- Task: Add the new islands (maps) to the detection routine
- Task: Add remaining collectibles to the DB
- Testing: See if the new collectibles are being tracked
- Testing: See if the OLD collectibles are being tracked on the NEW islands also (not ideal, but better than not tracking anything?)
- Wait for #61 to be completed, I guess :( Until then this entire Island Expedition thing will be highly inaccurate...
