Multiple attempts counted when mining Elementium nodes

A user claims they are getting two attempts counted instead of one when mining Elementium.
Not sure if the comment regarding ICC is relevant here, or a separate issue. It's difficult to test for something that only occurs at seemingly random times, too.
Confirmed, noticed that it will detect the LOOT_READY event twice. Maybe a timeout will suffice to eliminate this error.
Fixed as a side effect of adding 4fa8016
