I believe lots are still missing, although it is difficult to say. The zone-wide drops such as whelplings in the old world would likely be affected if not all smaller subzones are added.

If taking another pass over the old lookup table, I might be able to find out whether or not there are any NEW zones not being referenced in the addon's item DB yet when they should've been added during the transition.
