[Feature Request] Breakdown weapon skill in vanilla

Weapon skill in vanilla can be broken down into hit and -dodge (but not -parry/block):

The amount varies both on:
- How much weapon skill we already have
- The level of the target we want to attack
Can/should it be broken down in an intuitive way if 1. amount per point varies and 2. target is always assumed to be a +3 boss?
Example of how similar stats are broken down in Wrath (hit rating / expertise):

Unfortunately, I don't think this is feasible due to the extremely varying bonuses provided by weapon skill dependent on how much you already have, your target's level, and whether your target is an NPC or a player. Any values shown would only reflect one of those scenarios, and would be misleading in others.
