Currently the AlwaysBuffed tab is mostly littered by mutually exclusive effects, e.g. half a dozen variations of Blessing of Kings. Some preliminary locales for this have been ported from 4.3.7; "Stat Multiplier", "Attack Power Multiplier", etc.

One weird case is Feral forms, which share a BuffGroup for their ADD_AP_MOD_FERAL_AP effect but not their other effects. They could perhaps share a dropdown and have individual checkboxes.
