Describe the bug

For Reforged items, the Stat Summary at the bottom of a tooltip currently shows the stats the item had before reforging, instead of its current stats.

This would have been preempted if ClassicWoWCommunity/cata-classic-bugs#955 were fixed, but I'm exploring an alternative solution.
