On the Addon page, it lists the addon as "Missing: StatLogic" unsure if this is just a new addon addition that was added with the WOTLK prepatch or if Im missing a file.

It sounds like you may have cloned the repo using git, or the green "Clone" button, rather than using one of the addon distributors or downloading from GitHub Releases: https://github.com/raethkcj/RatingBuster#installation

If you've intentionally cloned the repo because you want to make code changes, you'll want to symlink RatingBuster/libs/StatLogic into the AddOns folder.
