I'm not sure how to move my Algari Mana Oil into its own bar. I had the same issue with shaman weapon buffs, but I think I figured that out -- but this mana oil, even if I use the name "Algari Mana Oil" won't move. Any ideas?

Still a problem for me -- anyone have a solution or a work-around? It's driving me crazy.
