Since the new UI profession equipment is located in the Journal tabs for each profession.
And thus things like the fishing rod is no longer equipped on the character.
We can therefor not track lure buffs.

Solution Idea.
Create a subsection for profession buffs that will allow tracking of these special buffs.
Potentially build this as an Auxiliary addon extension to avoid these checks for users who do not wish to track them.
