Allow the user to Pivot the fill order of ther bar group.
Current behavior of a bar group in Bars mode is that it will fill a column to it's wrap number, then start the next column, this option would allow you to check a "Pivot" option, allowing you to set Wrap as the column wrapper before starting a new row.
