4a08799 Not a final solution, but for now clicking on Rares will print a message to chat with coordinates and a Map Pin Location link. This is (potentially) useful because map pins are shareable with people who don't have the Addon installed.

cf10648 Kinda happy with this now.

Clicking Rares in the list now:

1. Creates a waypoint for you and immediately tracks it
2. Prints details about the target and its location in chat
3. If you are the leader or assistant to a group, the target and waypoint details are sent to other Addon-users who receive get functionality (1) and (2)
