Describe the bug
When the voting frame appears for anyone in our council besides the ML/RL this is what it shows.

What would be the cause of this?
I have tried being ML/RL myself, and then it does not happen.
I have enabled some filter, but im pretty sure in the response people who manually pass just shows up as Offline or RClootcouncil not installed, even tho they have.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start voting session
2. The image above is what it shows

Expected behavior
To show the correct Rank and Role from the guild.

There are no errors

I almost always need your saved variables to investigate, so please attach it. It's located at ../World of Warcraft/retail/WTF/Account/"account_name"/SavedVariables/RCLootCouncil.lua.

Aha - currently council member's only receive that info on special occasions such as a player reloading or changing specs - will be fixed next update. Thanks for the report.
