A button in the configuration panel to do this will be helpful

There are valid use cases for not doing this though, mainly the fact that repeatable quests like dailies will automatically be re-excluded when picked up again

The following should be done:

• Add a button to clear quests no longer in the quest log
• Add messaging indicating the value of the above scenario
• Highlight quests in the exclusion list that are no longer in the quest log
