Picking up a new quest while keeping the questlog open causes issues

This is likely due to the buttons being rendered at quest log opening

Confirmed that MoveAnything prevents the log from closing, however this has no impact on Reckless Abandon

WoW auto closes the quest log when a new quest is accepted, however when MoveAnything is installed, this doesn't happen
