Can we add support for WQ's, emissaries etc in BFA? If you don't have the bandwidth I can look into it.

This will definitely be added, just as they were in Legion.

Keep in mind that contracts give a 10 reputation bonus for whichever faction the contract is currently signed with.

Feel free to grab the data from https://wow.curseforge.com/projects/muffinfactionizer. The format isn't 100% the same as what you use, but it should be pretty close.
