Missing Kirin tor quest name / ID

Describe the problem / suggestion
was looking what dailies / items i could try get my Kirin tor (Northrend) rep up and saw that 2 are labelled as "ToBe done" :p, and no info on both quests ^^

nothing major or urgent but would be nice to know which ones they are :)
PS: and one only has the ID, i guess it is trying to point out this quest: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=14203/waterlogged-recipe
"ToBe Done" should just be a generic placeholder that the faction is not done. It's leftover from Factionizer and I or someone just needs to get around to checking finishing it.
The quest that is just showing the id should fix itself if you just close and open the window again I believe, just checked it's showing up properly on my end.
