Fix sorting for reputations with only 6 reputation levels

StandingID is here 1 and 2. (Ve'nari / The Archivists Codex / Nat Pagle).

But you start these factions off as 'neutral'.

Added issue to this list in #29 as it's part of the SortByStanding functionality that is currently broken due to the UI API changes.
