Idea: Center button

Hi,
I created simple frame for settings button(ring mounting if you will).
current vars are:
angleOffset = 15
colorR = 1,
colorG = 1,
colorB = 1,
colorAlpha = 1
Here frame with random icon
Another idea: arrow follows cursor around center, not sure if api allows that
Anyway I'm looking forward to see your thoughts.
