As a healer, my vision is mostly focused on party frames, and without visual indicator of your current target it is not intuitive to heal.

A simple, separate border for current target in party frame. A border with adjustable thickness and color.

This issue was actually meant to be posted in relation to RUF, instead of RSA. The link you shared in wowcurse just pointed to an incorrect repository. I will repost in the correct repo.
