Default Blizz CVar "showArenaEnemyCastbar" is disabled for some players. Since Blizzard removed the toggle for this from the interface options with the Legion release, players have no way to enable cast bars.

Would there a script that can override this value? I am finding that enemy cast bars are not showing on sArena.
