Racial tracker needs updating for BfA

Human racial 'Every Man for Himself' now has a 3 minute CD, and a 90 second shared CD with similar effects
Does the Dwarf racial 'Stoneform' still share CD with Gladiator's Medallion?
Do the allied races have any shared CDs?

Removed racial tracker in sArena 3 rewrite. Seems rather unnecessary since BfA release due to human racial nerf.
