New Feature: Indicate the dungeon for an active daily quest (Normal and Heroic)

As a player,
When I have an active daily dungeon quest, I would like the LFG Frame to show are marker and a tooltip with details on the daily quest.

After the player has the quest, the LFG will be in light blue font with a quest icon next to it.
