"Unrecognized LFR instance" error in the Light's Breach wing of Antorus

I know that this LFR instance is a bit strange according to the commits, but
i get this error in the lights breach:

Can anyone confirm this? Did it happen again, or was it a one-time thing?

Never happened to me, but then I rarely do LFR as it is.
