#1 - For all characters who didn't unlock BfA WQs, SavedInstances shows "complete" for emissary quests, instead of nothing/locked/unavailable

#2 - No support for Legion Emissary quests, would love if I could see progress for both expansions without changing ID back and forth.

#3 - Minor "issue" - When there are no characters left with active(uncomplete) emissary quest for specific day, it shows "Emissary Missing". It could store the name of Emissary quest for that day until it expires, but I see that this would take much time to implement while the gain would be negligible.
