Bonus loot frame cannot be disabled

Describe the bug
Bonus loot frame is still attached to the Bonus Loot frame, despite being deselected in the interface panel

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There are no errors according to my BugSack

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'any boss with a bonus roll'
  2. Deselect "Bonus loot frame" under Miscellaneous Tracking
  3. Kill boss
  4. See the Bonus loot frame still appear

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Which version of SavedInstances are you using?
8.1.1.
Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
The previous build; I'm unsure on the name, I assume 8.1.0.

I have nothing additional to add. I'm sorry if this isn't informative enough but there's not much more to report.
