Support "The World Awaits" weekly quest, AKA world quest weekly.

I have a quick & dirty hack lying around, gonna open a pull request soon. Much room for improvement, can't say I understand all the options in the relevant data structure.

Currently this is active on live realms, not quite sure what will happen if this isn't the case anymore.

With the weekly gone from live realms, this is what I get when logging in to my main:

Questionmarks where I completed the weekly, "20" where I didn't.

After logging through all relevant characters, the row disappears. I guess this is okay?
