Describe the bug
Wormhole Generator toys appear to be on cooldown during combat. If you mouseover the SavedInstances minimap button while in combat you can see the 5 Wormhole Generators show up in the 'Trade Skills Cooldown' category with a ~1 sec cooldown even though they have not been used recently. They appear in the category with a cooldown when you actually press a rotational ability during combat and it's fetching the cooldown applied to them by Blizzard every time you press a combat ability.

To Reproduce
Go into combat and use a rotational ability then mouseover the SavedInstances tooltip.
Mousover the Trade Skills Cooldown category.

When you cast a spell that has gcd, all these wormhole will cooldown because of gcd. At this moment, if you make the SI tooltip show, SI will force update all item cooldown and marks all wormhole in cooldown. I don't think it needs a fix as it will be cleared in few seconds and not very harmful. I'll keep my option open.
