I couldn't find any tracking for Return Lost Souls weekly covenant quest. I could be missing it, but I looked through the options and tooltip multiple times, on characters who have completed this quest for the week and on those who haven't.

I do understand that there are multiple questIds for Return Lost Souls, but since you can only complete one per week, you could check all of the questIds and then OR them together, so the result will return true if any of them are completed.
