Completed the instance "The Azure Vault" in mythic +0. Didnt get registered in the SavedInstances window and got the following error message:

If I understand correctly, the addon cannot find the instance, possibly due to the German name.
Its the only instance that savedInstances has and issue with. Other dungeons work fine.
