Describe the bug
One Instance in german Locale is missing
ERROR: Refresh(failed) to find instance: Azurblaues Gewölbe : deDE : 2515
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No Bugsack Error.

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
