The first completed Storm's Fury WQ per week rewards 2 Storm Sigils (in the chest). So, this is equivalent to the 2 Sigils from the Air/Fire/Earth/Water Storm Cores, and should be tracked along with these.

I'm able to track the completion in my WA with quest ID 73162.

The same goes for the weekly Storm Surge quest, which gives 1 Sigil (ID 72686). I know, this one is already tracked under the generic Weekly Quests, but, since you already have a dedicated category for the Primal Cores, it would be more convenient to have all Sigil-rewarding things listed there together, i.e.:
