Properly aligned columns?

Would it be possible to convince you not to use centre-alignment for the table?

I don't know what your background is. I am and work as a technical writer, and if I delivered a manual or a spreadsheet with centre-aligned columns in a table, I'm pretty sure they'd ask me if I was drunk ;-)

Anekdotes aside, it just kills readability, especially for number columns.

Thanks for considering.

Nice that this issue is still open, so not all hope is lost ;)

If anything is needed to convince you that a proper alignment would be a good idea, this is probably it:

You may have noticed that this is left-aligned, not right-aligned as in the original topic title. I tried right-aligned, but left-aligned is definitely nicer here. YMMV, but the safe thing to say is that anything is better than center-"aligned" (which basically equals to "not aligned", due to the vertically jagged visual it produces).

I have changed the topic title to "Properly aligned".

One a side note, the "Last Seen" row you're seeing in the screenshot is something I've added in my local copy; if you like it, let me know and I'll make a PR. It features different color codings depending on how much time has passed since we've last seen the toon.
