Remnants of TW single hand-in quests remain

After the removal of the Quests, resetting my characters database and specifically using /si quest clear - It seems the quest still wants to remain. Not sure where it's pulling it from at this point.
This can be closed @Stanzilla - Reset day today, seems it needed a week or so to flush itself out. All good!
