Describe the bug
The addon says its a 10 insance limit per account, but it is actually per connected battle realm. So if you have characters on different battle realms they can still do more than 10.
Now with the War Within changes, people may user more cross realm characters.
The best would of course be to track this (it may not be possible), otherwise, just change the text to reflect that its not account but battle realm (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/14296)

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
