Currently, you can check currencies and quests to show them always. Then you can hold Alt to show all currencies and quests.

It would be nice if you could set specific currencies and quests to always be excluded, even when holding Alt. This is especially important with currencies as there's so many of them, and no way to collapse multiple lines into a single line (like Emissaries). As it is, holding Alt makes it too small to be useful.
