Describe the bug
Something changed with this last update so that if the addon window is near the top of the game screen, it oscillates rapidly

To Reproduce

• Open SavedInstances by left clicking the map icon
• Move the window to the top / top-right corner

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
